The AALS-negotiated room rate is $269/night for single or double occupancy.
The cut-off date to make a room reservation is April 9, 2027.
To book a room, you must first register for the conference. Your registration confirmation email from AALS will have instructions for booking at the Palmer House. Please book early; if the room block fills up before April 9, we cannot guarantee you will receive our discounted rate.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm on the scheduled arrival date with no charge or penalty. For cancels after 6 pm or failure to check in on the arrival date, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
Credit Card Guarantee
The Hilton requires a credit card guarantee of one night’s room rate. The card you provide will not be charged until you check in.
Accessibility
Accessible rooms are available as a part of the AALS room block at the same price as other standard rooms.
If an attendee upgrades their ADA room to the club level or chooses a different view, the price may vary. This applies to all upgrades, with the ADA room being subject to the same pricing markup as a standard room. Learn more about accessibility at Clinical.
