Group Registration is an option to register multiple individuals at once. It is not a separate registration rate.

Admission to the Workshop for New Law School Clinical Teachers is included in the registration fee.

Payment Methods

Pay online with Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX. AALS does not accept electronic direct deposit or wire transfer.

If you must pay via check, contact [email protected] to register using a paper form. The form must be received by fax at (202) 872-1829 or by mail at AALS headquarters in Washington, DC by April 10. If your registration form will not arrive in time, plan to register onsite instead. We do not accept registration forms via email.

Username, Password, and Logging In

To register for the event, you will need a username and password. Your username is typically your school-affiliated email address. If you have never used our online registration before, check to see if you are in the AALS database by entering your email address into the Forgot Password portal. If you are in the database, the portal will send you login instructions for creating or resetting a password. If you are not in the database, please contact AALS support. 

Onsite Registration

There is an additional onsite charge of $50 for all registrations received after April 10. AALS accepts cash, personal or school checks, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa onsite.

Registration Confirmation

When you register online, you will receive two email confirmations within a few minutes. If you do not receive them within 15 minutes or you cannot find them even after checking your spam and clutter folders, you can send yourself another email confirmation by logging into the registration system. For paper forms, including mailed check payments, email confirmations will be sent after the registration has been processed at the AALS headquarters office.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted by no later than April 19, 2024. A refund of the full registration fee will be issued to these requests. Cancellations received after this date, as well as no-shows to the Clinical Conference, are not eligible to receive even partial refunds of the registration fee unless there are severe extenuating circumstances such as the death or hospitalization of the registrant or a member of their immediate family or the equivalent.
